Overview

Rinly LLC ("Rinly," "we," "us") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to across our apps, including Mizwaj, our marriage and matchmaking service. It describes the conduct we prohibit, the measures we take to keep minors off our platforms, how anyone can report a concern, and how we respond.

These standards apply regardless of where a user is located, and they apply to every part of our services — profiles, photos, messages, and calls.

Adults-only platform

Mizwaj is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts for anyone under 18 are not permitted under any circumstances. Users confirm their date of birth during registration, and registrations that do not meet the minimum age are refused.

We recognize that an age requirement on its own is not sufficient protection. The measures below describe what we do when someone attempts to circumvent it, and how we handle CSAE content or conduct if it reaches our service despite that requirement.

Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent removal from our services:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, text, drawings, or computer-generated content.
  • Sexualization of a minor, including sexualized descriptions, requests, or roleplay involving anyone under 18.
  • Grooming or solicitation, or any attempt to make sexual contact with a minor.
  • Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor.
  • Trafficking of a minor, or advertising a minor for any sexual purpose.
  • Underage use — creating or using an account while under 18, or on behalf of someone under 18.
  • Impersonating a minor, or presenting a profile as belonging to a minor.

Keeping minors off the service

  • Age declaration at registration. Every user must provide a date of birth, and registrations below 18 are rejected.
  • Adults-only distribution. Mizwaj is rated 18+ on the Apple App Store and targets the 18-and-over audience on Google Play, with under-age users restricted from discovering or downloading the app where the platform supports it.
  • Profile review. Profile photos and details are reviewed, and accounts that appear to belong to a minor are suspended pending verification.
  • Action on suspicion. Where we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, we suspend the account and remove its content. We do not wait for proof of a violation before acting protectively.

Reporting a concern

Anyone can report a child safety concern to us, whether or not they use our apps:

  • In the app. Every profile and conversation includes a report option. Users can report an account they believe belongs to a minor, or any content or behavior that raises a child safety concern. Reports of this kind are prioritized and reviewed by a person.
  • By email. Reports can be sent directly to contact@rinly.com at any time.

Users can also block and ignore other users at any time, independently of reporting.

How we respond

  • Reports relating to child safety are escalated ahead of other reports.
  • Confirmed CSAE content is removed and the account is permanently terminated.
  • We preserve relevant account data and content as evidence where the law requires or permits it, rather than deleting it outright. This takes precedence over a standard account deletion request while an investigation is open.
  • We take action against connected accounts operated by the same person where we can identify them.

Reporting to authorities

We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where our apps are available. Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the appropriate authority — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline where applicable, and to national or regional law enforcement as required by local law. We cooperate with lawful requests from those authorities.

Point of contact

We maintain a designated point of contact able to discuss our CSAE and CSAM prevention practices and our compliance with this policy. Platform providers, regulators, law enforcement, and members of the public may reach that contact at contact@rinly.com.

Review

These standards are reviewed regularly and updated as our services, our tooling, and the applicable legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
